Awful place and pharmacist. Would not recommend, Charles is rude and disrespectful. Gave 2 stars because the staff are sweet, i’m sure he’s rude to them as well.
Dr Charles is very professional and knowledgeable of all of my medications. All the staff have excellent customer service skills, eager to help you with any question you may have.
Mr. Charles provided excellent personalize service. I live in Tomball and he ensures a smooth delivery process and communications if there is an issue which is super helpful for me. He’s also available for consultations when needed without having to drive to the pharmacy. He truly goes the extra mile to make the process as smooth and professional as possible.
I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for about a year now, and Charles, the owner, is amazing. He treats me like family and goes above and beyond to ensure my medications are filled promptly. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled here—you won’t be disappointed!
