Problems in the passed have been fixed with new sales people, one sales person in particular...
VERY DISAPPOINTING. I perceived everything they did right form the start as an effort to protect themselves and deny any responsibility. They surely were not concerned with the end customer!! They blamed the installer right away. The supplier (DERR FLOORING) stated it was a humidity problem (30% inside when it was -2 outside!!) it should be noted that i have their solid products installed already on the first floor for about 2 years and there was no problem. They use CHEAP material...they use LOW GRADE WOOD and cheat you of your money !! They give terrible customer service and will never fix their errors !!
