Liz of Nature Coast Massage and Myofascial Release brings a perfect balance of science and love to each of her treatments. I did several myofascial treatments with her and am feeling much better with more mobility and less pain. She exchanges knowledge and resources with each session that will help me continue to improve. This was my first experience with Myofascial Therapy and Liz created a safe, professional space for me to learn and experience it. I highly recommend her and this unique therapy to anyone.

I highly recommend Liz. I learned about Myofascial Release Therapy and searched online for practitioners. I called one person and she was very expensive, in addition to not being able to get in for weeks. I contacted Liz and she made time for me much sooner. I have been working with Liz for lower back pain. She is very kind and is very knowledgeable. Her Myofascial tecniques are extremely interesting and extremely helpful. She is also helpful with suggestions in stretching and exercises to help yourself as well. I would highly recommend Liz , her Myofascial techniques massage , and her practice to anyone.

Having experienced soft yet deep osteopathic techniques in Europe, I was eager to find someone in Hernando County who could offer similar Myofascial work.
