Liz is a life saver! After having some health problems that put me down for almost two years, I am walking and today I went back to the gym. I was also able to be productive at the gym with very little restrictions. I even started running again. This is huge and never thought I’d be back to being the fit me that I used to be in my late forties! I’m heading in that direction though. Thank you Liz! I cannot express my gratitude enough for helping me to get my body back!!

Fantastic MFR therapist, outstanding results regarding pain relief that lasts far beyond a usual massage. MFR really works, and Liz is a terrific practitioner.

Great release of both back and hip pain. Liz spent a great amount of time working my hips and back. I felt great and am a returning client. Hoping to get to a point where I go every 6 to 8 weeks. This is not a chiropractor service. Much gentler. Easy release through pressure heat and stretching.
