Absolutely terrible service! They sell products they break and they won’t service them. Their answer send it back to the manufacturer. You guys have a disgusting business practice down there at that terrible shop you run.

I was a little disappointed with some of their work and wish I had taken my jewelry back to my old jeweler in south Pasco. I doubt I will go back to NCJ anytime soon.
I recently went to Nature Coast Jewelers to have custom necklaces made for my two granddaughters. I must admit I was a bit nervous because this is the first time I (I should say we) made custom jewelry. Amber and Ravenna are excellent at what the do.
