THE BEST! Highly recommend. I have been going to this salon for at least 8+ years. It is clean and very well-run. They have the best nail techs who can do everything from gel fill-ins to elaborate nail design. And the spa pedicures are amazing! The icing on the cake is that they treat you like family!
I got a design today on my nails where they shimmer when you move your nails around. I’m extremely impressed and have been going to this nail salon for over a year! Looking forward to trying more designs!
I usually do my own nails but came here for my wedding and honeymoon nails. I got normal gel each time. My wedding nails were great and lasted a long time, but my honeymoon nails chipped after two days. Management was extremely receptive when I called and shared my disappointment, and told me that my next manicure would be free. When I went in for my free manicure, I got regular polish instead of gel, and management gave me two coupons for future use. I got my gel nails done here just a week ago, and they are already lifting and becoming loose. For the price I paid ($130 for a very simple design), I expected much better quality and longevity. On top of that, the staff was extremely pushy about tips. It felt uncomfortable because if you don’t give a high tip, they get visibly upset or even laugh about it right in front of you. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now but today I think was the last straw. I absolutely adore Kim, and it will sadden me to have to find a new nail tech but I won’t give the owner my business anymore. As other reviewers have mentioned management has absolutely no regard for appointments, most of the time you have to wait upwards of 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to be seen which is disrespectful at best, but today the owner charged me an extra $10 to use my own orly builder in a bottle base coat.
