This is an update on my previous review. Ive consulted Anna for some rebalancing through her coaching skills, nutrition knowledge and a holistic approach to managing digestion and menopause symptoms. Anna is by far the best reflexology session i have ever had. She is knowledgable and attentive, passionate and present. Results started almost immediately and during the session and continued throughout the day. Would strongly recommend her services. Not just knowledge but a deep knowing dug through experience. Have an incredible session and dont forget to breath deep through the transitions and process while the body integrates and adapts.
I first came to NaturAnna last year and have returned a few times. The experience is wonderful. And the outcome is even better. The place is super clean, she is always on time and she has great bedside manners. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.
Dr. Dias is attentive, thorough and professional. She takes a true holistic approach connecting the dots for mind, body, spirit, nutrition and movement. I highly recommend her service.
