these guys really know what the hell they're doing when it comes to commercial high quality laser motion detection at a nanometer level. these guys were one of my suppliers for a police and military training company that used these cameras to the tune of 1,000 a year and we would have less than 1% failure rate.

I am a US serviceman stationed in Germany, and I was forced to purchase the TrackIR 5 from a German Distributor (2Connect). When the product failed after only 3 weeks of usage, I returned the item only to find out that if you remove the sticker located on the cable that contains a serial number, the warranty will not be honored. The warranty on Natural Points website states the serial can be located in 3 places; the cable sticker (which I mistakenly removed), the software (which could not identify the camera after it failed)... read more
