Kyle and Gus were pros! They were awesome! Kyle directed Gus and Gus followed him like a well tuned couple. Very patient getting it in a bi level home. We bought a whole set, 2 ottomans, chair, sofa, and loveseat. Theresa was very good associate in the store and copied out everything I need to get a decision made by the next day. Good work people! Ty for making this a positive purchase. You should all be proud of yourselves.
The in store was very nice, helpful and accommodating! The delivery men were also very friendly, respectful to our home and set our furniture up well.
The best around including online and big box? Superior personal service and after delivery support. The customer focused policy shows in the sales, delivery and service. A five star experience in every way. The value of-doing business in person and locally cant be overvalued;)
I was in need of a recliner and some coworkers told me about Naturally WOOD Furniture, so I went and was surprised at the selection they had very fair priced and friendly customer service. I found a really nice recliner and upon delivery the guys were very helpful, showing how to remove the back. They were extremely careful of bringing it in.
