UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL LEVELS!!! My son had a PAID virtual appointment at a scheduled time. We didn’t receive a call or anything. AFTER I emailed and called PAST his appointment time she THEN sends a link as if she was waiting for us. She must’ve forgot and was running late (which is something a professional communicates with the customer) she never said anything but once I got the link AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME it showed a NEW time.
Unprofessional and will not return. Please run from this place! Respectfully.
