Went in yesterday for a gel mani/pedi and had Kay take care of me. This was my first time going to this salon. The atmosphere was very peaceful. The shop was very clean. Kay did a great job, and was pretty quiet throughout the whole process. The shoulder and neck massage was a pleasant surprise. I wish they had a sign showing all the options available, as I really wasn't sure about them, so just went with a regular mani/pedi with gel. Kay is definitely the man to get a great job done! Thank you!!

Spent very little time on my feet, barely trimned, filed my nails. The entire pedicure from start to finish was 25 minutes. Not relaxing at all, felt like it was a race against time. Will not be back

I love this nail salon, but honestly, unless I have Steve, Angie, or Kay, I won’t be returning. I sat down for a manicure and the nail tech put her hands on my shoulders and physically pushed me back in the chair. The tech next to her burst out laughing. That was completely unnecessary—just ask me to sit back if needed. Also, I was told I couldn’t do dip nails, even though I’ve ALWAYS had dip done here. The whole appointment felt rushed and unprofessional. Very disappointed this time.
