I love this nail salon, but honestly, unless I have Steve, Angie, or Kay, I won’t be returning. I sat down for a manicure and the nail tech put her hands on my shoulders and physically pushed me back in the chair. The tech next to her burst out laughing. That was completely unnecessary—just ask me to sit back if needed. Also, I was told I couldn’t do dip nails, even though I’ve ALWAYS had dip done here. The whole appointment felt rushed and unprofessional. Very disappointed this time.
This was my very first time at Naturally Nails. I took a chance and walked in. The kind gentleman at the front desk assured me availability for a pedicure (they were very busy!). Not five minutes later I was paired with sweet Lina. I chose the Lavender Spa Pedicure. This experience was beyond my expectations. Lina’s expertise, professionalism and kind manner was delightful. The background music was very relaxing. I felt so pampered! Thank you Naturally Nails and dear Lina. I look forward to future visits!
