Very professionally run & fantastic customer service. They do a great job and it’s a pleasure to come home to a sparkling (without chemical smelling) home. Highly recommend this company. Great value for money.
Amazing service! Don’t look anywhere else. We were told by the leasing company a few days prior to arrival, that they do not clean in between subleases. We were moving from the other side of the country and only had two days for the move in. I went into panic mode! Luckily I found Dalhsie on google search! I couldn't be more happy with the service the Team provides. The communication is outstanding, I know when they are coming and when they've completed the task taking all the guess work out (especially important because we have 2 dogs that we take out during the cleaning) Not a detail is left untouched and who knew vacuum lines were so exciting!? The communication you receive from them is usually amazing! I was also content with a couple of the times they came for cleaning. They are extremely expensive ($100/hr for two cleaners), but offer some discounted rates on occasion. They are quick to place blame on the customer when issues arise rather than accepting that their service is not always ideal.
