Jess is an amazing acupuncturist and human being. She has so much to offer beyond acupuncture: health tips, psychology knowledge and lots of good energy. She has helped me with improving my sleep and overall well being at work. I've been seeing Jessica twice a month for the past 8 months in her downtown clinic. I sought acupuncture as a palliative resource and every time I walk in it feels like there's always something a bit funky in my body that can be addressed. So even though I feel like "oh, I'm great", if I take a closer, honest look, there's always room for improvement.
