That was in here a few if weeks ago with a bunch of it works product to get swapped out. Hold the product if you lean forward you need it. I don't quite know what to say except if you haven't gone to see Ms Betty and you have aches, pains, medical issues you should. She is such an awesome lady. You can just feel how good her soul is. I felt so uplifted and mentally and physically lighter when I left. ❤️
