I had my first session with Ali and have been absolutely amazed. Despite years of yoga, I’ve never been particularly flexible. I was starting to think it was just the way I was built. Then Ali worked her magic, finding areas of neuromuscular dysfunction, and gave me my homework for the week. After a week of those exercises, I’m amazed at how much my body’s flexibility has opened up! And this was just one session! I’m super excited to see what else can be unlocked once we work together more!
I went to Alli for treatment after an injury. During my first session, Alli was able to readjust several muscle groups, with immediate and measurable increase and ease in movement. I did the prescribed exercises at home for the next week, and the adjustments all held. I had a second session to work on some other areas, and continue to be happy with the results. Alli is kind and compassionate, and a highly trained and knowledgeable professional that I am happy to recommend.
Alli performed magic in alleviating some of my many chronic complaints. She was very thorough in her assessment and gave me self-helps to continue the therapy on my own. I'm looking forward to continuing treatment with her for full rebalancing of my active body!
Did you know that muscles can turn off? I was going to the YMCA 2 or 3 times a week. I received my second pneumonia vaccine on a Friday. When I went to the YMCA on Monday, it was very difficult to do some of my weight lifting exercises such as overhead press, biceps, etc. All of a sudden the muscles in my left arm were very weak.
