I always have a great experience her ! My nail technician is the sweetest. I think her name is Lynn, she has the long blonde hair 😊 My nail shape and fill in is perfect everytime.
I've been seeing Katie for several years. She is great and does a terrific job! I'm a loyal customer. The only improvement I can offer, is with the salon itself. Yesterday, Katie was running late, and there were 3 other manicurists standing around with no customers. No one offered to help by starting to remove the current polish. I had to wait long past my appointment time and subsequently, went over the time I had allotted to this appointment - by a lot! This has happened several times over the past few years.
