My experience with Naturalawn America has been disappointing so far, primarily due to the gap between what was presented during the sales process and what was actually delivered during the initial service visit. During the sales call with Brian, I was told that the technicians would first perform a detailed soil probe and analysis, and that treatments would then be customized based on the specific needs of my lawn and soil conditions, including nutrients, lime balance, watering needs, and other factors.
