The improvement in my lawn's greenery was better and some more growth compared to True Green -so I give them that. The customer service was ok in the beginning with some niceties like the owner Mr. Goetz coming over to give an assessment of my lawn. But, very quickly they stopped answering emails and calls and I would spend time to follow up with my questions. I had minimal grass growths in areas where the land was barren. Worst experience ever. a Big SCAM with "we're using all organic". When asked uppon, how do we check the content - the answer was you got to trust us. There was no improvements in our lawn after hiring them and have few services done. Upon cancelling their service after, they said they can do free service or no charge which they lied about. I had to pay the full amount for the service. They threaten me with my name will be sent over to account collection ( for $60).
