The BAD - Either they don't know how to take care of weeds, or they don't care. We have never had so many weeds. We switched over to them based on bad customer service from another lawn care company, and at first, they were ok, but this year has been a very harsh decline in service. We have asked multiple times to have weeds taken care of and get excuses or the runaround trying to get someone to come out. Even when they "treated" there is no way they treated. Update: NLA called and offered to redo this service. We appreciate them making the effort to fix this! After being a customer for a few years, I reached out to the company about their mole product not working and seeming to make the problem worse. We were told to find another company to help and were not offered any support or reimbursement. We are pleased with how our front lawn has improved since we signed up with NaturaLawn in April, 2023. It’s much healthier, thicker, and less weeds than before. Now, we’re focusing on the improving the thin and challenging shady back yard. We’re most impressed with the technicians, ie Zach, Alex and Ian as well as our customer service rep: Maria. Everyone has been professional, caring and responsive. Thank you!!
Seeing the results on my parents lawn made me reach out to them. They have good customer service, as in they really try to do the right thing, BUT they are not the most responsive company out there. Once you do get a response is positive experience (I am guessing they are pretty busy!). I have one application and the weeds (multiple types include creeping Charlie) are noticeably much better!
