RecommendedI've been a customer for 8 years and the service has been excellent ! My lawn was a complete mess when I first engaged them and its now the best lawn in my neighborhood. John, the owner/manager has been great to deal with at all levels.
RecommendedI have a very positive experience. Although one time the person who came did the job too quickly, I called the office and they sent another person to do it again as it should. They also came again at no cost when I found a tick in my yard. I should also mention they are some of the nicest people to deal with, which nowadays it's not the norm. Very satisfied.
I was charged for tick service that never happened. We have cameras around the house and it shows that they never did the work. I raised this issue with management but they never resolved the issue. The amount was $65.94.

I had high hopes of success since we live in a wooded area. Three sprays later we were still getting tons of ticks. Called to cancel, but I was still charged for the initial visit even though it was supposed to be guaranteed. I’m upset that the company doesn’t stand by their guarantee.
Really works! No problems with ticks. We are very pleased with service and employees. Definitely recommend!
