I don’t know about these other reviews but when I went to her office myself and my dog were treated incredibly well and with respect. She is one of the few holistic vets in the area that provides mercury free vaccines and other holistic treatments. I have a suspicion that some do these reviews are not real. People are actively trying to get rid of holistic medicine because many times it works better than traditional western medicine. I really appreciate Dr. Swanson and her staff. Amazing work with doggie prevention and care thank you Natural Veterinary Services
Extremely disappointed. Tried finding a Holistic Vet because most of these veterinarians want to keep giving pills and my poor dog is having liver failure. So I moved here from out of state, where we never had oak or pollen trees and my dog has extreme allergies now. I needed to get her something just to stop the itching and crying. Bad business. Doesn’t call you or email you back. Poor customer service. Did a bad job on my dog’s teeth. Will not be taking my dog here again. Overcharged.
On 19 November 2022 I had an appointment at 12:30 PM. Around 11:00 I received an email stating they were running late and could I make 1:15 PM. I said “sure”. I waited in the parking lot to be called longer than it took to perform the cleaning, which took less than 25 minutes. In the past they provided a liquid for u to rub on the dog’s gums 2 times when returning home. When it was not provided I ask why and was given the “supply line” excuse but no offer to reduce the fee. Additionally they added $15.00 for a gas surcharge.... read more
