Always a great experience.
I booked an appt online with Deja for 1pm. The following day I get a message from her letting me know that she is available at 4pm, not 1pm. I had already made plans but I was willing to move them later. Why when I get there exactly at 4, shes starting on someone's head. Of course she didn't communicate that with me. I ended up getting styled at 6:12. When I asked for an inconvenience fee she looked me dead in my eyes and stated "The retwist that you got today is $185 but it's not on our website yet, so I'll let you pay the ... read more
