Awesome experience and amazing instructions! I went to my first hammock yoga with tricks , taught by Karen. She is absolutely wonderful teacher and the atmosphere is welcoming. As a newbie to thi routine, I had some fears about my ability or lack there of to keep myself safe and not break something. Well, Katen's instruction and support gave me the confidence to try this routine out. And, I LOVE it! I plan to go every week and learn more. Janice is an incredible acupuncturist! She listens intently and expertly treats the ailments discussed by the client. I knew we were a perfect fit when I asked her how acupuncture helps people lose weight. She said, quote Mark when people come in and ask that question I tell them to close their their mouths and decrease the amount of food that they are eating! Quote. Sarah West is amazing. With creativity she got me in at a moments notice. I was able to tell her about my injuries and I left feeling restored and intoxicated. She's awesome.
