I was very impressed with Stephanie as she helped me pick products. She educated me on items I was looking for and suggested others that I thought were better. Everyone there was friendly and caring. I'm so glad I found this store. It makes me feel good to know we have such good wholesome choices nearby.

I must say I was very disappointed in the service I was given over the phone. I called to find out if there was anything I could use "naturally" to help with a middle ear infection I was recently diagnosed with. The girl who answered the phone told me she did not know but would ask the owner. Then she says "Hey, can you call back? We just got an important phone call." What? I guess customers are not important? Needless to say, I did not call back.
