I had one of the worst massages I've ever experienced today, which was incredibly disappointing. I've had many professional massages over the years and have never had an experience like this. The therapist was nice enough, but there needed to be more listening to my very real lived experience in my own body. I genuinely believe he was trying to be helpful, but I requested medium/ deep tissue- because the problem areas have only ever benefited from that type of massage in the past- otherwise it just feels like I'm getting biscuits made by a cat. The front office was great, but the massage was not. Too much lotion used so I felt greasy afterwards, and I came away with my body feeling worse than when I came in.

I had a 90 minutes neuromuscular massage with AJ. BEST EVER!!! He describes himself as a "muscle whisperer". And it's true! I look forward to going back for a hot stone massage!!!
