Excellent customer service from the minute we picked out the granite countertop to installation . When the young men came this morning, they did an amazing job of installing the countertop. Bonus us points for being polite and cleaning up well!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. I had been searching for a specific kind of black soapstone for ages and luckily NSI had several slabs in stock. When I went to view the slabs everyone was super helpful, explained the process clearly, took careful templates of our space, showed me specific slabs to choose from, walked me through the entire templating process, drew up where each piece would come from on the slab I chose, and sent me digital mockups of the templates.
