Gina has been my go to stylist for a few years now. She does an incredible job, is wonderful to talk to, and is so thoughtful. Couldn't ask for better, Gina is truly a gem! Thanks for making me feel beautiful!
This is my favourite salon but I’m honestly at a loss for words as my experience today was awful. Gina is a lovely woman and I would get a hair cut with her: I think maybe stress of the holidays but that doesn’t make this ok. I booked for a full color with partial highlight and was told over the phone she might not even charge for a full partial as I’m only getting a money piece. I have been going to this salon since November 2024 I have had two haircuts there. I had some highlights done and they turned out terrible. Went to get them fixed (still not looking good). They charged me $18.00 for a bang trim even though I have had my haircut done there and was making another appointment. Never should have a hairdresser charging for a bang trimon a repeat customer. This place only wants your money. No wonder they are all at the cash when you check out. I will never go again.
UPDATE 2weeks later.. still waiting on the regional manager to contact me… after the store manager told me she would contact me once she returns… my bangs are still falling apart… chemical cut bangs. COOL. Customer service negative stars. I have been going to natural solutions for a very long time now and the stylist who started doing my hair is a master stylist. A very nice professional woman.
