I have been going to this salon since November 2024 I have had two haircuts there. I had some highlights done and they turned out terrible. Went to get them fixed (still not looking good). They charged me $18.00 for a bang trim even though I have had my haircut done there and was making another appointment. Never should have a hairdresser charging for a bang trimon a repeat customer. This place only wants your money. No wonder they are all at the cash when you check out. I will never go again.
UPDATE 2weeks later.. still waiting on the regional manager to contact me… after the store manager told me she would contact me once she returns… my bangs are still falling apart… chemical cut bangs. I've been coming to this Salon for many years and Mary is the absolute best!! I have very thick hair and looked for many years for a stylist that could deal with it! Highly recommend
