We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned by Natural Solutions back in December 2018. The head guy was very rude and when I asked questions, he was very short. During the cleaning we experienced a lot of dust throughout the house. It set off our fire alarms, as it was so dusty. The guy told me that always happens. Then he went on to clean the dryer vents. The crew arrived on time and detected the blockage right away. Informed me the mesh installed by builder as the cause for lint build up and blockage. Quickly removed the mesh, cleaned up and cleared the blockage.Good work.

Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Overcharged for service, was rude, made a racist comment, left a huge mess inside and out. Both technician and office manager argued with me over the phone. Filed a complaint.

The service we received today by Natural Solution Cleaning was so well done that we are puzzled as to why they have such a low rating from BBB. We had 2 other services that attempted dryer vent cleaning with unsatisfactory results. Clearly this company is tops as the dryer is working so much better now. Amazing how much lint was extracted from the vents. Very professional and focused on the job. Arrived on time and fee was reasonable. They also guarantee their work.
