Really just a breath of fresh air, from initial phone call to executing the treatment plan. Staff is friendly and laid back. We initially came here for a second opinion, after our last dentist prescribed a really intense drilling solution to multiple cavities. Natural Smiles used a much more customized approach, looking at each tooth and prescribing the appropriate solution for each tooth, and with excellent explanations for me to understand the full treatment.
I never thought I’d be able to say my children look forward to coming to the dentist! My 6 year old son has had to have a couple teeth pulled due to mouth trauma and still looks forward to coming for his visits with Dr Kayla! The entire staff here is INCREDIBLE! Everyone makes sure your kiddos feel safe, and make it a pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend!
This was my son’s first visit at this dentist and they did an excellent job with him for his first cleaning. They walked him through everything and showed him what each tool did before using it. They showed great Patience and kindness. My son left happy and excited to return. We drove an hour to visit and it was worth the drive for us.
Ok this has to be the best kids dentist ever! Took my son(3) & daughter(5) for their first time and they did great. The place is really welcoming and kid friendly. The dental assistants were so kind and really knew how to talk to the kids and work with them. The dentist was very thorough and went over everything with me in detail . I am so impressed with the staff here. 100% recommend
