My husband and I bought 3 mattresses from them and one of the mattresses started sinking in the middle and when I contacted Vincent, he said it that it was normal “wear and tear.” I have had cheap mattresses that last longer than this Vispring mattress that I’ve had for only 3 years. Total waste of money, would not recommend buying from them.
