Had an abundance of wasps, spiders, roaches (the big flying ones people down here call "Palmetto bugs") and ants. The very first visit I saw a complete reduction of everything except for the ants that came into my kitchen (everything else was outside). I got Ian on the phone and he had someone come out within 2 hrs to make it right!! Great customer service!!
