I visited Natural Resources Salon a few years ago to have my hair evaluated and receive recommendations on a style and what I could do to make my hair healthier. After the initial consultation I tried to schedule an appointment to get my hair done but was told they did not have an opening and was placed on a so call waiting list. I've been getting my Locs done here since 2003. I'm on my 2nd Loc journey and Love it as much as the 1st journey. I only allow Monique to do my Locs. She's a Gem. I would highly recommend this black owned business by two highly respected and sweet business women, Tameka & Monique . Great Services, Handmade Hair Cair Items (Earth's Nectar), and reasonably priced. Thanks Ladies for all you do! ~Sadie

And I never even made it to the salon chair. Particularly around the holidays, demand service attitudes can be taken for granted analogous to a revolving door mentality like 'For everyone of you, I can book two.' Nowhere lost on supply and demand and how that dictates business. And no, I don't really care how long one has been in business either- it's about quality, not quantity.
