Went downhill. DO NOT GO HERE. I've been coming on and off for years. Your mileage will vary greatly in terms of quality. They are agressive with tipping... they don't let you write it in ever... they ask you before they swipe. This last time, the lady who massaged me was clearly irked that I tipped 15% and not higher. Pretty sure she double charged my card on purpose... had to call my bank. It's unfortunate, because they have other therapists who are better with higher quality and never gave issues to me... just lost a repe... read more
The massage was fantastic, and the price was right! The atmosphere isn't fantastic, but it was a mall quick stop massage place, so, totally wonderful for what it is!
While I was waiting for my service, I was subjected to discriminatory remarks by another customer. I want to bring this to your attention because I felt unsafe and disrespected. What steps can you take to ensure this doesn’t happen to another guest?
BEWARE!! Rude & waste of money !! Don’t know what they’re doing at all. Feels like someone is just playing around on your back no relaxation what so ever ! I stopped him before my time was even up. Also handed me my change back by putting it on the counter then asked “where is tip for him” with her hand out demanding one. I should have read the reviews before going in
