I have known the owner since she just started out and was a one man show. Tracy has never steered me wrong. I go to NPM for their expertise, friendly, knowledgeable staff and stellar products they carry. I have sent many people there when they didn't know where else to turn because their pet was suffering from allergies or digestive issues or just wanted to feed their pet better food than what was sold at big box stores. This place is your go to store for information, great holistic supplements and high quality pet food.
Natural Pet Market is a prime example of small business. The staff is always professional and are also very knowledgeable. The owner has answered several of my questions about my dog's allergies and, if she doesn't know the answer right away, she will research the topic and will always get back to me. Thank you, NPM, for truly caring for our furry friends and their (sometimes crazy) humans!
Staff is very rude. My daughter got bit by the owner's dog in the store and all she said was sorry, but too bad. And another visit, today actually, my daughter was playing with my tiny flashlight on my key ring and accidentally flashed it towards the cashier's face. The cashier told my daughter "you wouldn't have liked my reflexes had that got me in the eye". Terrible customer service, especially when threatening a child!
