Recommendedwe love the natural pet market..its nice to go to a pet stop where everyone knows your pets name and your name..way better than going to say petsmart where some high school kid with no knowledge trys to give you advice..ive had alot of one on ones with the ladies at this shop like susan and susie and cathy and ann..theyve all given me advice on whats best for my dog and now my recently diabetic cat..highly recommend shopping here for healthy pet choices..
This is my go to store for everything I need for my dog. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. Great pet store!
Came in there to get something for my dachshund to chew and will last. They were very helpful in finding just the right chew for her that she couldn't eat all at once. And it was healthy!
great staff and only quality pet food
Natural Pet Market has been my go-to for pet food and supplements for years. Everyone in the shoppe is helpful and knowledgeable, willing to listen and advise when they can. Susan, especially, is committed to getting to know her customers and engaging with them on every visit. I’m thankful that it is near to my home and a terrific option for trustworthy products that I can feel good about giving to my pets.
The ladies who work at natural pet market are the best! I went to Bentley’s of Downers Grove for a few months once Tracy sold the store but the customer service, knowledge and friendship is no where near the comparison. They have become family over the years and are just the best!

I have been going to NPM since about 2006. The staff there has helped me get my dogs allergies under control and have always been helpful with supplements and natural remedies when he’s had little issues along the way. For example, about a year or so ago, he reacted poorly to a vaccination. The staff recommended a supplement for immune support and he rebounded quickly. I attribute my dogs long and healthy life to the excellent products and suggestions we have received here - he’s 15 and going strong!
Friendly, knowledgeable employees and a great selection! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
