We brought our dog once and asked that she not get her fur cut too short and they ignored our request. We tried them again because we wanted to give it another chance and they did the same thing. My dog looks like she’s been shaved to the bone. They said they ignored our request because of matting, but pet smart was always able to give a good cut and keep a lot of length with proper furminator shampoo. I will not be bringing my dog back for grooming.

Buster, my Cavalier King Charles/Lhasa Apso cross has seen Jane twice now for grooming and she does such a great job with him! Today when we went in he was excited to get in the door and get started! The staff at Natural Pet Center is knowledgable and helpful, and you tell they care about your pets.
I have no clue how she cuts my cat’s hair, but she does an amazing job. �
