RecommendedCame in 5 minutes before close (I know, THAT customer), and had a million and one questions. I felt so bad but the man helping me tonight was the most kind, patient person. He also seemed SO educated. In addition, I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are all phenomenal and the store itself seems so committed to helping better your pets’ lives. Will reccomend then a thousand times over!
RecommendedThanks so much for cat food recommendation yesterday! My cat is older, has pancreatitis & hadn't been eating his food as well lately. He only wanted people food, which I gave into so he'd eat something. I was worried he wouldn't like it, she explained the return policy, so I thought, ok, Ill give it a try (he's refused other brands I'd tried elsewhere) He LOVES the primal food recommended & I am so happy he's eating well again. I'll be back for more soon!
NEGATIVE 10 STARS! Will neverrrrrrrrrr recommend this place to aaaaaaaaanyone for grooming!! Am absolutely heartbroken & appalled as to how both my pup & i was treated today

You guys treated my cat like he was the worst cat in the world. He had his leash so tight around is neck and had no room to move because of the extra leash being outside of the kennel and it was covered with a blanket.. Would never recommend this place, poor service as well.
RecommendedI can’t wait to pick up my dog from his grooming appointments there! He always looks great, and he is always happy to go back. The staff in the store is also super friendly and helpful. Great place to have in Fargo.
RecommendedThey were super busy during their small business Saturday promotion but everyone was super friendly and in great moods which made for a fun shopping atmosphere. I like their selection and being able to shop locally for quality products, and my dog loves coming with!
