Hi Jonathan Walker, We are a natural hair products company we do not do hair for customers, only select models for advertising purposes. While there is a salon in this location, it only uses our products but it is not our establishment. It appears google has mistakenly made this our business page. After reading your review, I spoke with the owner of the salon at this address and she said she does not have a customer in her data base with your name. Completely unprofessional. If you need someone who values your time then go elsewhere. Did a decent enough job on my hair but forgot to bring the mentioned products . Everything came with an excuse . She also refuses to refund me the 15$ that i paid for hair accessories that she “forgot” to bring with her . Just read the pictures if you need to know how nasty this lady is
