Their technology works and they provide great service. Definitely recommend.
I can not recommend their support. They caused us many email headaches, and we lost many hours tracking the issues down. I was also called directly by them after reviewing their employee to say my opinion was incorrect. I should add that we still have many issues 5 months after them taking over our systems. We've had many network issues they refuse to troubleshoot until we spend days proving to them it is their network. Daily, we can not access websites we require, like Google, and they can not resolve our issues after month... read more
