This is my third time sharing a very similar post. I went to cosmetology school and used to do manicures and pedicures, so what I do not understand is why a manicure does not include getting your cuticles and general nail care taken care of like they do with the feet. I mean, this is what a manicure is but yesterday my daughter and I went and got manicures and pedicures, spent $250 and literally for our manicures all they did was paint the nails.
