Jean is such a sweet nail tech. She is beautiful inside and out. She goes above and beyond each and every time she does my nails. She is very interactive. She is super patient,talented, and beyond accomodating. I can always count on her executing my design of preference. She's a perfectionist. I love her!! I live an hour away, and I sacrifice to get my nails done there nonetheless. I will continue to get serviced by her for as long as she's there😍. When running a business you KNOW the customer is always right & you try to accommodate them where you can. This natural nails place has NO business etiquette at ALL. If you bring a nail design to them that they haven’t done before they flat out tell you “no, can’t do it”. Theres about 8+ employees and none can do a creative design ? HORRIBLE. Wouldn’t recommend. The owner (Lauren) has a nasty attitude & is not diverse with the latest nail trend designs nor does she train her employees to do so. I’ve watched her get cursed out on different occasions for her attitude & self righteousness all while she performs basic nail designs. It makes sense why foot traffic in there has immensely decreased over the years. If you’re looking for great service & innovative nail designs go to Elegance by Katrina.
