Horrible experience. I was shocked to find out this shop is a sister shop to Kool Nails. I called to make an appointment and never got a name of who it was with. When I went into the shop I was surprised by how dirty it was. I'm assuming the owner took me as a client and I was severely disappointed. I will pay serious money to get good service and not bat an eye. My "manicure" consisted of getting my gel polished efiled down to my nails only to be put in a bowl of acetone that was then poured back into the bottle. GROSS!!!! ... read more
I have been in to see Daniela many times now, and she always does an amazing job. I ask for some pretty fun and crazy nails, and she does phenomenal job bringing my visions to life every time :)

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Natural Nails at Willow Oaks Shopping Center in Hampton, Virginia. I had a scheduled pedicure appointment for 6:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 5:55 PM and found that the technician I had specifically requested was still in the middle of another pedicure.
