I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Natural Nails at Willow Oaks Shopping Center in Hampton, Virginia. I had a scheduled pedicure appointment for 6:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 5:55 PM and found that the technician I had specifically requested was still in the middle of another pedicure. Linda was amazing, her experience is wonderful she’s very kind and patient, as well as the staff and the location is very soothing. I’m very pleased with there services.
