I was a religious patron of this business for the last 4 years. However, the way they handled my niece, losing a gift certificate that I purchased for her from this location is absolutely absurd and the least customer service friendly experience.I've ever had. I am able to show them in my statement when it was purchased and it has never been used,And they still refuse to even look at the transaction.
