had a pedicure done today with my daughter staff was friendly and welcoming, the job was done well my toes looked good, but I felt my foot didn’t get the love and care it much needed as with other experiences i had with other salons ..
Went there a couple of weeks ago to do a lash lift. The staff was alright, but the way they did my lifting was terrible. She messed up my lashes so bad, they are just standing in every direction randomly and just partially falling out. Might as well just have thrown 50$ in the trash. Don’t recommend it at all !!
I had the worst experience, your scared to speak up as it seems to offend them, but if they’d listen from the beginning you would have to repeat urself. I got an infill of an overlay of my natural nails and french tip finish, terrible paint job, didn’t say anything on the finishing as I just wanted to get out of there.
For an 80 bucks eyelash-extension you would expect exceptional service but, what I experienced was the opposite. I was totally disappointed about the lack of hygiene (it was cold there and the blanket they gave me was the same blanket used by the customer before me), the technician's work (at one point it hurt), and how the technician and another lady talked about me in their language and seemingly blaming me as I also heard her say twice "she is not listening". Very disappointed with the customer service. I showed them a reference picture and they said they could do it. They started my nails, but midway they were doing something else. The Communication is very poor. The service felt rushed and they didn’t even ask properly what I wanted. Not a good experience. Not worth for the price charged.
