I need to ask my mom to take my sis to the spa.
I've been coming here for a couple years but I've been disappointed my last few visits. My nails are always crooked and my services are often rushed and sloppy. Today I called to see if they were open and I was told to "Come Now". I said Great ill be there in 15 mins. During my drive as I reached 5 mins away I received a phone call and no response as i kept saying "HELLO". The place is such a little gem. They are so friendly and make each visit so pleasant, oh and they’re great at what they do! Take their time & ensure your needs are met. Would definitely recommend.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ASKED WHAT WE WANTED DONE. (2 PEDI. & EYEBROW WAX) ONE PERSON WAS WAITING. THEN WAS TOLD THEY WERE TO BUSY AND TO COME BACK TUESDAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
