I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit in April 2026. The new manager appears to lack basic customer service skills; her tone with customers is often unprofessional, and at times she even raises her voice. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that takes away from what should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, my pedicure did not meet expectations either. My favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are on top of the nail trends and can do ANY DESIGN. The staff are so nice and gentle, Christina and misa did an amazing job. I’m excited to go back and can’t wait to get my nails done again. THEY ARE THE BEST!! MY FAVORITE NAILS TO DATE! I wore theses for 3 weeks, went swimming, climbing, did lots of physical activities that required hand movements and they didn’t fall off!!! Update: still my favorite salon. Cant stop coming back for my colorful nails :) they always do a great ... read more
