TURN DOWN YOUR CUSTOMER IF YOU CAN’T FO WHAT THEY ASKED FOR. I walked in for an acrylic removal. She said $10, I agreed since I just want it removed ASAP. The nail tech just took it off using a pusher and a nipper. Didn’t soak on anything or at least file it. My nail was bleeding and obviously I am hurting so bad. I told her to stop but she still insisted to do it, she ended up hurting my other nail on the right and bled as well. I gave her $20 but she only gave me $5 for my change. honestly I have been going here since I was 12 to get my eyebrows done and the way they treat you based off leaving a tip or not and just the overall attitude they have towards their customers makes me never want to go there again. The services may be great and has a good outcome but the attitude and the way they don’t have any empathy is truly upsetting.
