honestly I have been going here since I was 12 to get my eyebrows done and the way they treat you based off leaving a tip or not and just the overall attitude they have towards their customers makes me never want to go there again. The services may be great and has a good outcome but the attitude and the way they don’t have any empathy is truly upsetting.
I paid them a lot of money for my nails to end up looking like I did them myself. They are very rude there and quite unprofessional. One day after my nail was lifting and on top of that it wasn't even painted properly. I would never go back there nor would I recommend. Now I have to go find someone else to go redo my nails. Ugh!
I just did my nails at this place and my experience was not good at all. Very rude vibe and it was so obvious she was talking bad about me in her language, I felt so uncomfortable. I work in beauty also and the last thing I would do is make my clients feel this way. Tina is the best I have been going there for over 9 years. The place is clean and all staff are polite and friendly.
