This was my 4th visit. However I didn’t realize if you don’t like the color you can’t change. This happened to me today. The color I picked didn’t look anything like the sample very streaky and didn’t look good. So I asked to please change I would pay for any inconvenience. The owner Kim who was painting my nails. Started yelling at me and became very aggressive. Stating the amount of work she has to do to start over and that last time I wanted 3 coats. Well same thing the polish was streaked.
