I don’t review businesses often, but must when service is beyond my expectations. Jenny at Natural Nails offered me my first GelX manicure and I could not be happier. Beyond taking me last minute on a Sunday, she advised me on what to get, what color would go better with my skin tone and what to ask for when I want to get it done again back home in Texas. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. My manicure and pedicure turned out perfect – so detailed and beautiful. My wife and I came here for the first time and we had a 5/5 experience. The customer service was top notch as soon as we stepped in the door receiving a warm greeting and friendly smiles. We did the deluxe pedicure and they did a very thorough job and didn’t cut any corners. Our nail techs were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely come back and visit Natural Nail. We highly recommend this nail spot!
