Ive been coming here for a little over an year. Everyone there is kind and engaging. Ive never left upset. Almost every pedicure they have asked me if i like the color. Its that little things that really do matter. Waters were handed out more frequently bc it was a hot day. The experience was v relaxing and comfortable. This is a safe place to come in and relax. I had a pedicure done here on my lunch break today and all in all i’m just not happy with it. My nails were cut down so short it looks ridiculous, I barely have any nail left. My heels are so dry and rough it feels like they did nothing. The polish is splotchy, unevenly applied and my cuticles are flooded. It genuinely looks like a child applied the polish. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. If I wasn’t on a time crunch I would have asked for someone else to repaint my nails but unfortunately I had to go. $75 down the drain... read more

Was told the wait was going to be 15 minutes but ended up being 35. The woman doing my pedicure went so fast. She was talking while scraping my feet after the callus remover and was not even looking. She almost got my toe! They did not put the soaking scent in the water for the treatment I picked. After the paraffin wax treatment the woman did not wipe off my toenails and went to painting them over the wax! The system to pay was down and I had to get cash out of the ATM to pay.
