Natural nails has poor service doing nails the acrylic lifted 1 week later the gel nail polish peeled also they not friendly there either they take people money then act like its right with poor service
Very rude customer service the polish is watered down don't ladt long an chips very easily they get mad if you ask for a mask the guy works there be coughing when a nail break n you go get it repaired it don't last long it falls off in 2 weeks I'll never go to natural nails again on roxboro rd across from churchs chicken bad customer service an the lady in there never smiles or tell you thank you for your services now I see why it be empty everytime I go there no customers considering the place it's located at it should be f... read more

TRASH AND I MEAN LANDFILL!!!! If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!! I have been coming to this place for YEARS to get a pedicure! No issues with the pedicure until now! I went in on FRIDAY, 8/29 at 5PM. It was myself and 1 other person being serviced. As the time passed, traffic picked up so the owner began to rush on my feet. Absolutely horrible customer service, price changed 3 times. Pedicure chairs barely worked and they had to use a nail tool to even start it.
