TRASH AND I MEAN LANDFILL!!!! If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!! I have been coming to this place for YEARS to get a pedicure! No issues with the pedicure until now! I went in on FRIDAY, 8/29 at 5PM. It was myself and 1 other person being serviced. As the time passed, traffic picked up so the owner began to rush on my feet. Absolutely horrible customer service, price changed 3 times. Pedicure chairs barely worked and they had to use a nail tool to even start it.
I came around 530 to get a soak off and the owner said they don’t do soak offs. Tone was Very rude and snappy this was my first time coming here. I looked at the nail menu and it says that they do Neil take off for $12. Then the owner said she couldn’t take my nails off because they were powder and my nails were new. I’ve had my current sent home for three weeks and only use gel nail polish. There was no dip powders involved she just didn’t want to do the service. I asked for short nails, not long nails I want my money back
This place is the worst. I took my daughter here Tuesday for a full set. I told the lady then I don’t like that they did a horrible job with the polishing and the way the acrylic was laid. She said oh it’s the polish NO ma’am it isn’t! It’s your application PERIOD!! My press ons look better than what you did. Today is Thursday and 2 nails have popped off already. Save your money and don’t go there
